Include the following information in your support request:

  • Your License number for the Professional or Enterprise edition you are using (required, in order to receive support).
    If using Free edition please indicate so.
  • Babel version number.
  • OS Platform and CPU architecture (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, x86, x64)
  • Babel command line
  • Babel log file (use the --logfile command line option)
  • Description of the problem
  • Any necessary steps to reproduce the problem
  • Attach sample project if possible. This is extremely useful to help us reproduce the issue.
